Yea, Temperature Converter is a fantastic android app as far as I am concerned. I really don't know why any body should rate it 1.0. Anyway, its an app that enables you to convert you temperature units (kelvin, Fahrenheit, and Celsius) among one another. Here is the link to the app on Google play Temperature Converter
Temperature Converter makes it possible to convert the following at ease:
Celsius to Fahrenheit
Celsius to Kelvin
Fahrenheit to Celsius
Fahrenheit to Kelvin
Kelvin to Celsius
and lastly Kelvin to Fahrenheit
I feel its great though.
